 This is probably due to a problem in the theme’s installation process; if you delete the theme and re-install it, the Theme Options panel should then be displaying properly.
There are 2 possibilities; the first may be same the cause as for the previous question and the second is likely to be caused by a corrupt data base. If it’s the former, the solution is the same as for the previous question. However, if the problem is a corrupt data base, you will probably need to either fix the data base or reinstall WordPress with a new one. This problem is not theme related, but it rather has to do with your server’s configuration, be it local or hosted. You need to configure your server so that it would allow the upload of larger file sizes.
You may need to re-assign the images of the slides once again. Once you have done this correctly they should appear in the Slide Image column of the Slides panel.
The most likely possibility is that you are using a caching plug-in which is currently active; depending on the options and configuration of the plug-in you might only see the changes after a certain amount of time, unless you clear its cache sooner.
 A 500 internal server error means that there is an unknown internal problem with the server – this is most likely a problem not related to the theme. 1.incorrect permissions for wp-content/uploads folder – fix that and the images should be uploaded properly

2) importer problems
Note: the WP importer (for demo content) is a rather old (and in some ways outdated) plug-in, so it will not always perform as expected.
